not alot of it because thats where you tast the flavor for the burger try to use chicken or ground turkey to reduce it more the leaner the better and u won't have nothing to worry about lol

depends how you cook the burger frying isn't going to help

depends on how you cook it. it is better to cook it on a forman grill because the burger does not sit in the grease or u an cook it in the oven on a wire rack to achieve them same but it doesnt look as good as the grill

I'm going to say one to two teaspoons per hamburger. That's about 4 - 10 grams of fat. Half of the liquid you see in hamburger drippings is actually water.
