I don't absolutely have to have milk with cookies. However, I do like to because the cookies make me thirsty and water doesn't work as well as milk for me. My mom, dad, and brother never drink milk with cookies. Of the four of us, I am the only one who drinks milk.

I can't drink pop if I'm eating dessert, though. I think it tastes awful. If there's no milk, I have to have water or just be thirsty.
