it's not "technically" a bbq sauce, but it's called TryMe Tiger Spice...and it ROCKS!!!
Good for ALL varities of meat (NO!, not THAT one)
I marinade my ribs in A-1's Chicago Steakhouse marinade for a full 24 hours. Then I use a combination of a rub that I throw together with a hint of heat (cayenne) to it. Then I top it off with Sweet Baby Ray's HIckory & Brown Sugar BBQ sauce.
Carolina treet!!MMM damn'd that shits good.No recipe needed, pick it up anywhere in N.C.
bulls eye honey rich bbq sauce or regular love that stuff
I use a basic bq. sauce...Heinz. Then, I add lemon...a few squeezes, honey, two to three tablespoons and a few good hefty drops of Worchestershire sauce!
You can add ground black pepper after the sauce starts to glaze! Very good sauce and have yet to find anyone who does not like this!!
I dont make homemade, i use Open Pit.Its spicy, and its sooo good on ribs...
This is the recipe that I use.
1 pint ketchup
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 small onion
oregano
1 ounce of water
parsley
garlic salt
worcestershire sauce
paprika
grated parmesagn cheese
Start by chopping the onion. Steam it in the water (saute in butter if you prefer...). Then add a tablespoon of worcestershire sauce. Add the ketchup and spices, and simmer in a saucepan; add a bit of water if needed. Then toss in a teaspoon of grated cheese. This is great for short ribs.
I could give you my family's secret spicy BBQ recipe, but then you'd have to be adopted by the family or killed...ha! When we aren't making our own we like Stubb's--it's a bit more expensive than the average stuff you'll find in the stores, but man oh man is it worth it!

I dont cook my ribs with any sauce on them
I have the sauce at the table to add to the ribs
I only put seasoned salt on the ribs and smoke them
sing indirect method the secret is to let the seasoned salt stay on there all night then put them ribs on the fire and get em a nice color and move them off of the fire and smoke them for 2 hours then wrap them with foil and smoke them 1 more hour. wrap them individually with foil
