why would you want a bundt shaped meatloaf? that's gross.
it would probably take longer to bake, too.

I am sure you can, it will have to cook longer maybe, I just shape them and put them in the oven.

Should be no problem, you may need to adjust the cooking time though. I sometimes just shape the loaf into a mound and cook it a casserole dish with no problems. I have also shaped the loaf into personalized loaves or have made them in muffin tins (they are really cute that way) and baked them for half an hour.

you could, but the easiest way without a pan is just to "free-form" it yourself on a baking sheet lined with aluminum. this keeps it from getting too greasy too.

Sure. You can make meatloaf in almost any shaped pan. Ive even made mini meatloaves in cupcake pans.
