mix 300g with 2 eggs, 200g self raising flour, 2 tablespoons caster sugar and vanilla. fry little fritters dust with more sugar and drizzle with lemon juice. yum. or try savoury with parsley and parmesan cheese also, yum as well.!

Ricotta turns out hard and lumpy. wet it in milk, turn it in plain flour and fry away. Or use crushed potato crisps as a batter instead of flour. Tasty.lol

You have to put it in cheesecloth and drain the water out of it. Then it's paneer and you can fry it.
