Question:

How do you cook a 4 feet 60 LBS lobster thats still alive?

and if yall wanna see the picture tell me your e-mail address its when i first catch it.

Answers:
You don't, you'll get more news by turning it over to the wildlife federation....So they can keep it alive....

just put the pictures on here when you do. My guess is you cook the thing in a really big pot. Bring it to me and I will cook it for you in the soup kettle at work! I wonder if you could cook it clam bake style. You know a fire in a pit on the beach. Wrap it in clean towels, put out the fire throw it on the coals, cover it with sand and let it cook.lots of water over teh top too for the steam! I would not have the foggiest clue about cooking times though!

It's probably kinder to kill it first.

ok, I dont eat lobster, and I know that the idiot who left the comment about its kinder to kill it, is a moron. You have to cook them when they are still alive or they will not be as fresh, and they would be nasty. I say get a water trough from fleet farm or Lowes, or Home Depot (steel, not aluminum ) and fill it with Water, throw the darn lobster in there over a fire pit, and cook away!

I've heard huge lobsters like that aren't as good as smaller ones. They're all old and rubbery, or so I'm told.

Only a fool would do more than take the photo and put it back.
It is more valuable as breeding stock.
Of course since your bragging You may not have respect for the animal.

A lobster that's 4 feet and 60 lbs. would be about a thousand years old--you wouldn't cook it, you would let it take you out to dinner!
