Zucchini bread?!

Zucchini bread?

I remember my friend making a great zucchini bread years ago. It had nuts in it and chocolate chips. Does anyone make it similar way? I need the recepee please.

3 eggs
1 1/2 cups white sugar
6 tablespoons cocoa
1 cup vegetable oil
2 cups grated zucchini
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3/4 cup walnuts (may substitute chocolate chips if you wish) (optional)

Preheat oven to 350°F Lightly grease two 9x5 inch loaf pans.
In a large bowl, combine eggs, sugar, cocoa, oil, grated zucchini, and vanilla; beat well.
Stir in the flour baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
Fold in the walnuts.
Pour batter into prepared loaf pans. Bake in preheated oven for 60 to 70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a loaf comes out clean.

Chocolate Zucchini Bread

3 large eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp Vanilla extract
2 tbsp butter
6 tbsp cocoa powder
2 cups zucchini, grated
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 ? tsp Saigon Cinnamon
2/3 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
2 tsp flour
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Preheat oven to 350°. In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs, sugar, oil, and vanilla. Mix until well blended. In a small saucepan, melt 2 tbsp butter, add 6 tbsp cocoa powder and blend together until smooth. Set aside to cool. Peel and grate the zucchini. Add zucchini and cooled cocoa mixture to the large mixing bowl and blend well. In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Add dry ingredients to the batter. Stir only enough to blend in all the dry ingredients. In another small bowl, coat the chocolate chips with 2 tsp flour. This helps prevent them from sinking to the bottom of the pan. Add the flour-coated chocolate chips to the batter. Spoon the batter into two generously greased and floured 9x5x3 loaf pans. Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Cool in the pans for 5-10 minutes. Remove from pans and continue to cool on a wire rack.

AUNT KATHY'S ZUCCHINI BREAD

2 cups shredded raw zucchini
3 eggs
1 3/4 cups sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
2 cups flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup raisins (optional)

Put zucchini in strainer and press or squeeze with hands to get excess liquid out. Beat eggs, sugar and oil together. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, vanilla, walnuts and raisins. Mix together. Add drained zucchini. Mix well. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.

OK you make the exactly same recipe of a carrot cake but instead shredded carrots you put shredded zucchini. Good luck!
