Answers:
You can toast them in the oven and then throw them in a food processor with some seasonings and make homemade bread crumbs.
Or put olive oil/butter, garlic, and cheese on them and put them in the oven for some homemade garlic bread.
hamburgers!!!?!?~?~?~?~?~?!?~?...
croutons are the best when made from old bread.

Make bread crumbs out of it.
Pizzas. Cut them in half or into three slices sideways, cover them thickly with your favourite ingredients and cook well in the oven.
With eggs, sugar, milk and vanilla, bread pudding. You can use it in meat loaf or dry it out a bit and using your food processor, make bread crumbs. Basically you can use it for anything you use bread for. They do make a small sandwich for when you just want a snack.
Leftover Bread Bread Pudding:
1 hour 15 min prep
6 servings
3 cups white bread or cinnamon raisin bread (about 4 slices, cubed)
3 large eggs
1 3/4 cups milk
1/4-1/3 cup orange marmalade
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup raisins
1. Cut or tear bread into 2" cubes and place on a baking sheet.
2. Pop them into a preheated 325 F oven for just a few minutes (keep checking them),just to barely toast them(the idea is to dry out the bread a bit so that it doesn't all turn to mush later in the pudding).
3. Set the bread cubes aside to cool when they are done.
4. Using a whisk, beat together eggs, milk, marmalade, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla.
5. Place the bread cubes into an ungreased 8 1/2" round deep baking dish.
6. Sprinkle raisins over the top, then pour the egg mixture over all.
7. Bake at 325 F for 40 minutes or untila knife inserted near the center comes out clean (not gloppy) and the custard seems set.
8. Cool slightly before serving and chill the leftovers.
One dish I make with leftover bread or buns is a breakfast dish. I take a cake pan, grease it. Break up the bread and line it. Take a dozen eggs, scramble them with three tablespoons milk, salt, pepper, 1/2 cup chopped green pepper, 1 cup cubed ham, sausage, or bacon, 1/2 cup onion. Pour over the bread. Sprinkle with 1 cup of whatever cheese you like best. Bake in 325 oven for 45 minutes. It's a great brunch or breakfast item.
Or you could always dry the buns out and make bread crumbs out of them to use with other recipes.
Enjoy your day!

or croutons for a salad, store in jar
Wonderful garlic bread -- to go with a nice garden salad! Just melt some butter into a non-stick skillet; don't skimp on the butter, then add a sprinkle of parsley flakes and some garlic powder or garlic salt (if you use garlic salt, go easy or it will be too salty) over the melted butter and place the leftover rolls cut side down in the skillet. They're done when they are golden and a little crisp! Once you've tried this, think outside the box -- what other spices could you use with the butter skillet -- Hmm -- how about cinnamon sugar for a sweet treat? Or try other spices according to the meal it will be served with. This is even a good rescue for buns or breads that are a little stale! And don't forget croutons -- just cut up and bake on a cookie sheet until they are extra crispy after they've been cooked in the butter/skillet!! Mmmm!
- good as thickening agent in soups, just tear them into pieces while the soup is simmering
- good in tiramisu: put a layer of bread, then moisten with coffee, then top with a mix of mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar and egg yolk, or just some whipped cream

I have two recipe suggestions: Italian Meatloaf, and Sugared Bread Crumbs. The former was a favorite recipe when I was growing up, the latter a recipe I discovered a few years ago that makes an AWESOME topping for ice cream, yogurt, oatmeal, etc. See recipes below:
Italian Meatloaf
1 ? lbs. ground beef
1 egg
2 (8 oz.) cans of tomato sauce
? cup fresh bread crumbs (tear hamburger buns into little pieces)
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix (about 5 tablespoons)
1 tsp. salt
? tsp. dried oregano
? tsp. dried basil
? tsp. black pepper
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix beef, egg, fresh bread crumbs, and spices along with one can of sauce. On waxed paper, pat out the meat into a 9 x 12-inch rectangle. Place shredded cheese on top. Roll meat up jellyroll fashion and place into a greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour. Remove from oven and pour off excess grease. Pour the remaining can of sauce on top and bake for 15 minutes more.
Sugared Bread Crumbs
1 ? cups breadcrumbs
(dry out hamburger buns in oven on very low heat, then crush)
? cup brown sugar
? cup water
2 tablespoons butter
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Toast bread crumbs on a baking sheet until golden brown, about 15 minutes. Place sugar, water, and butter in a saucepan over low heat and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Raise the heat to high and bring the mixture to a boil for 3 or 4 minutes, stirring constantly. When the mixture begins to thicken and turn dark brown, remove from heat and stir in the breadcrumbs. Spread the mixture on a parchment lined baking sheet to cool. Once it has cooled, break the pieces apart into large crumbs.
