It should be marinated for a while first, but you can fry it for a short time about 5 min. and then add a little cooking oil, salt and turmeic if you down like turmic use some pepper and cook it for about 7 mins each side.

My absolute favorite: get rid of the shell and tail, rinse well. Take a half a piece of raw bacon and wrap the shrimp and put on a skewer being sure to do so that the bacon stays on. then sprinkle generously with Lawry's season salt or something similiar. Cook on the BBQ until the shrimp and bacon are cooked. Just before taking them off, coat with bbq sauce and cook for just a few more minutes on each side. OMG. They are the best thing you can make on the grill. Serve with some cole slaw, corn on the cob and garlic bread. If you use rather large prawns, you'll want to figure on around 5 per person.
I don't know about "dry" but I usually saute them with some butter, olive oil, and fresh thyme. Just before taking them out ot the pan hit them with a little fresh lemon juice.

get the prawns and slightly open their shell so that it stays apart. fry the prawns in white oil with 'phoran' of meat cooking powder and salt. add oregano to the fried prawns and fry slightly once again. squeeze lemon on it and serve hot!
MAKE A PASTE BY ADDING RED CHILLI POWDER TURMERIC POWDER GARLIC LIME THEN BLEND IN MIXER . APPLY TO THE PRAWNS AND FRY IT . SERVE HOT WITH LIME ONION AND CORRIANDER.
