P.S. - I like the consistancy to be thicker, kinda like McDonald's shakes.

1 tray of ice cubes
2 cups 1/2% milk
1/4 cup sugar free nesquik (to taste)
blend in blender very good
add more or less milk or nesquik to taste.
I call it a fake shake
add more ice to make it thicker, and milk and nesquik to taste.

1 cup skim milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
4 teaspoons sugar equivalent such as splenda
4 ice cubes

Directions:

Place all ingredients in blender. Blend about 30 seconds or until mixture is frothy.

use blue diamond chocolate unsweetened almond milk (only 45 cal per cup vs. 80 in skim milk) plus a rich non alkaline cocoa powder, dagoba makes a good organic one, but regular is ok... plus ice cubes or frozen banana or splenda or agave nectar (depending on your sugar reqs.) good luck!
