WEll It is cooked already but you can put it int he nuke for about a min or the oven for 5.
Good for you to even touch that meat thing...lol..must be love!

It could be raw. Did you ask when you got it? I would bake it until the liquid from it is clear.

If it's raw, bake in a covered pan/container until the juices run clear. Bake at 375%. Cooking time depends on the size of the breasts, but I'd say about 30-45 minutes, tops. You should be able to slice into the breast and see no pink. For moister breasts, add a little water or broth to the pan. For a browned skin, remove the cover about 15 minutes before it's done.

If it's already cooked and you just want to reheat it, put it, covered, in the oven for about 15 minutes. Or you can put the (cooked) chicken, covered, in the microwave for about 3 minutes.

Nuke it for a minute, and then if it isn't hot do it again.
Use the second highest setting.

just pop in the micro for about 10 min

I put in a steamer pot..

if you want it moist and tender? cook it in the oven at around 325 to 350 degrees for approx 45 Min's as using high heats like 375 and above make a nice chicken breast similar rhinoceros Hyde and dry as baked sand ewww..
I have met many who think they can cook chicken, few actually can. If its pre cooked? you are merely going to warm it to around 250 degrees for around 8 to 10 minutes no more! to be bacteria safe and have it at a good serving temp cheers~

Don't assume that the chicken is cooked. Put it into a baking dish and cover it with tin foil, pre heat oven to 350 degrees and then put it in the oven. You should check the temp on the chicken with a meat thermometer. The internal temp on the chicken should be 160 degrees or higher. You could always add a little chicken broth or a touch of water before you bake the chicken breast to help it so it will not dry out. Good Luck! Your friend is lucky to have you as a vegetarian cooking meat for them. My daughter is a vegetarian and she will not even touch meat.

The trick here is to not over cook it when you heat it up. Either put it in the micro wave for a couple of minutes, or in a small saucepan with a small amount of water and steam it. Or could use chicken broth or gravy. Don't over cook or will be tough.

I don't know but never reheat poultry in the microwave. It tends to come out rubbery. I used to work in Food & Beverage in a hotel and the chefs said it's a big no-no! Call the deli and ask them what temp they cooked it at .
