Go to Campbellsoup.com There are dozens of them. They are quick, easy, and very good. I use them all the time. My favorite is Chicken and rice.
i take a kielbasa slice it up then put in in a big deep fry pan(nonstick) and brown it then take a small cabbage chopped and add that with a big can of diced tomato 1 tablespoon of brown sugar. 4 diced baby red potatoes some salt and pepper to taste and about a teaspoon of oregano. and about 1 1/2 cups water after it starts to boil put it on low w/the lid on to simmer until the potatoes are tender. Even better the second day.
Just put a roast in the crock pot with some onions and bell peppers, black pepper and garlic salt, it's great.
Tuna casserole is easy, put a can of tuna in some cooked pasta with some sour cream and onions and milk. about 1/2 cup each.
Hamburger Helper has a whole variety already to cook, just add the meat.
Have fun with it, cooking is pretty easy and you don't have to spend a lot of time with it, but try to plan ahead while shopping.

Stick to the formula!
Buy some cheap meat and cube it. Clean out your fridge and add everything to the pot. Simmer or bake until the house smells good.
I made my best beef stew this way. Unfortunately, I have no idea what I put in it!

3 cans mix veggies {drained
2 cans chicken gravy

Make big thick patties place in bake pan I season with black pepper and seasoning salt, Bake for 25 minutes or until meat is done all the way through, pour gravy over meat bake another 10 minutes, serve with mash potato and a veggie.
If you are in a hurry you can fry the meat then put in pan and use frozen mashed potato's or instant,
brown some of the cheapest cut of beef. Put in the crockpot with onion and all the vegies(sliced so they cook) you want. Cover with stock. When you get home turn it to high and thicken with cornflour.
