How long should I broil pork rib off the bone for?!

Question:

How long should I broil pork rib off the bone for?

I don't have a thermometer.

Answers:
Before boiling (for least an hour), brush with olive oil and season the pork with whatever flavoring you like, minus the salt -- salt tends to toughen the meat and broil for about three minutes each side. Or until the outside has a few spots of dark brown on it. The meat will be so tender you can peel it off the bone with a fork, if it doesn't slide off on it's own.

60 to 70 min for 4 lbs.
