Anyone have a simple chicken parmigiana recipes ?

BAKED PARMESAN CHICKEN
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
2 tsp dried basil leaves
1 tsp dried oregano leaves
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic
1/4 cup butter
1/3 cup milk
6 split chicken breasts
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In 13x9in baking pan melt butter in oven. Meanwhile in bowl mix all ingredients exept milk and chicken.
Dip chicken breasts in milk and then coat in flour mixture. Dip chicken in butter then place skin side up in pan. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until chicken is fork tender and golden brown.
(Parmesan cheese forms a crunchy coating on this oven-baked chicken.)

CHICKEN PARMESAN
4-6 chicken breasts
Italian dressing for marinating chicken
2 cups bread crumbs
1/2 cup Parmesan
garlic powder
salt and pepper
mozzarella cheese
spaghetti sauce
oil with 3 tbls. butter
Marinate chicken breasts for 1/2 hour in Italian dressing add Parmesan to bread crumbs and garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste. Dip marinated chicken into bread crumb mixture and add enough oil with butter in pan for frying until brown on both sides.
Preheat oven to 375F degree.
After browning, place chicken in shallow baking pan and pour any kind of spaghetti sauce of your liking over chicken. Add enough mozzarella cheese to cover and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
If you have sauce left over cook linguini noodles, drain add sauce add 3/4 cup mozzarella and Parmesan for a side dish.

The stouffers stuff is actually very good
If you can get organic chicken breasts - they're much tastier and fresher. Dredge them in egg and then Italian bread crumbs. Put some olive oil in a large skillet with some minced, fresh garlic. Cook on medium-low, turning once or twice until mostly done. Then finish baking in oven another 20 min. The last 5 min, add some some shredded mozzarella cheese to the tops.
Serve with spaghetti and Bertolli organic spaghetti sauce. simple & delicious.
Garlic bread: use Italian bread with the sesame seeds. Spread with butter. Spoon on some garlic from the jar (already minced). Place on cookie sheet and into the oven at about 400 degrees for around 8 to 10 min.

6 servings
6 chicken breast halves
2 cups milk (approx)
2 cups flour (approx)
3 eggs, beaten (approx)
2-3 cups dry breadcrumbs
olive oil, to coat pan well
1 tablespoon butter (optional)
1/4-1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4-1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4-1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1 jar pasta sauce, really good kind
6 slices mozzarella cheese
real parmesan cheese, grated
1. pound each chicken half until about 1/4 inch thick.
2. season with salt,pepper and garlic salt.
3. in a 9x13 pan (may need bigger depending on chicken size) put the jar of pasta sauce and even out.
4. in 4 seperate bowls put beaten eggs, flour, milk and crumbs.
5. season eggs with salt, and crumbs if unseasoned with salt, pepper and garic salt.
6. heat oil in pan to med-high heat-- then lower to about med.
7. dip chicken in milk, flour, egg then crumbs.
8. fry until golden brown-approx 5 minutes per side (don't overcrowd.. do in batches) transfer to sheet lined with paper towel.
9. drain.
10. put each breast half in pan of sauce and top with a slice of mozza and a good sprinkling of parmesan cheese.
11. broil until cheese is melted and lightly browning.
12. serve with side of pasta and salad.
Buy ready made tomato pasta sauce and already breaded chicken.
shallow fry the chicken on both sides until golden brown, top with the pasta sauce, top with grated cheddar or Mozzarella and grill until the cheese is melted. Serve with baby potatoes and a green salad and garlic bread. Yum!
My chicken parmigiana is very simple. I dont have exact measurements. Just simple steps.
Boneless chicken breasts
2 eggs, beaten
Italian bread crumbs
Vegetable oil or olive oil
2-3 small jars spaghetti sauce
Shredded Mozzarella cheese or
Shredded Italian Cheese Blend
Parmesan Cheese
Cooked Spaghetti Noodles
Heat oil in pan to med-hi then lower to medium heat. Dip breasts into eggs, then dip into bread crumbs. Then fry breasts for about 5 minutes per side. I then pat the chicken breasts with a paper towel to get the grease off. Then I transfer breasts to a baking sheet that has a layer of spaghetti sauce on it. I then pour some of the spaghetti sauce on top of each breasts and bake them for about 20-25 minutes at 350'. Then I sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheese on top and bake for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve with spaghetti noodles and use extra sauce for noodles. I then use the extra cheese for each serving.
