Anyone have a healthy simple low calorie or low fat baked ziti recipe?

This is from Cooking Light. They usually have very good recipes. If you go to their website and do a recipe search for baked ziti, you'll find several more. 237 calories, but that's not too terrible for a pasta dish.

Baked Ziti with Vegetables and Mushrooms

Ingredients
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 cup chopped red bell pepper
1 1/2 cups chopped portobello, cremini, or button mushrooms
4 garlic cloves, chopped
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 (14 1/2-ounce) can stewed tomatoes, undrained and chopped
1 (8-ounce) can tomato sauce
7 cups torn spinach (about 1/2 pound)
3 cups hot cooked ziti (about 2 1/4 cups uncooked short tube-shaped pasta)
Cooking spray
1 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
1/4 cup (1 ounce) grated fresh Parmesan cheese


Preparation
Preheat oven to 375°.
Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and bell peppers, and sauté 5 minutes. Add mushrooms and garlic; sauté 2 minutes. Stir in basil, salt, black pepper, tomatoes, and tomato sauce, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 5 minutes or until slightly thick. Stir in spinach; cook 1 minute or until spinach wilts. Stir in pasta. Spoon into a 13 x 9-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray. Dollop with ricotta.

Cover and bake at 375° for 20 minutes. Uncover; sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake an additional 5 minutes or until lightly browned.

Note: To make ahead, assemble casserole as directed. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Let stand 30 minutes at room temperature, and bake as directed.

LOW FAT BAKED ZITI

Boil 1 lb. ziti to al dente
1 lb. fat free ricotta
1/2 lb. fat free Mozzarella cheese
1 egg
Fresh parsley
Salt and pepper

Drain ziti, mix in cheeses and 1 to 2 cups spaghetti, meat sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese. Bake 30 to 45 minutes.

Low-cal Ziti Bake

2 cup Ziti, cooked
2 tbl Margarine
2 cup Skimmed milk
2 tsp Parsley
1/2 tsp Pepper
1/3 cup Bread crumbs
1 x Onion, chopped
1/4 cup Flour
2 tsp Dill weed
1/8 tsp Garlic powder
2 cup Low fat cottage cheese
1 pch Paprika

Preheat oven 350F. Saute onions in margarine, add flour. Stir in milk, little at a time until thick. Add spices. Add cheese. Add ziti. Pour into shallow pan. Top with crumbs and paprika. Bake 45 minutes.

Baked Ziti and Roasted Veggies:

1 lb eggplants, cubed
1 large red onion, cubed
2 yellow peppers, chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
Sauce
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 cup onions, finely chopped
2 teaspoons garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon crushed fennel seeds
28 ounces canned crushed tomatoes
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon thyme
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
1 (16 ounce) package ziti pasta, cooked according to directions on package
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, chopped
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1. Heat oven to 450F.
2. Toss eggplant, red onion, peppers, oil and salt in shallow pan.
3. Roast 30 minutes stirring once or twice until vegetables begin to brown.
4. Sauce: Heat oil in saucepan.
5. Add onions& cook covered over medium heat 10 min.
6. Stir in garlic, red pepper and fennel Cook 30 seconds.
7. Add tomatoes salt pepper sugar and thyme.
8. Bring to boil reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.
9. Stirr in parsley.
10. Makes 3 cups.
11. Reduce oven heat to 400F.
12. Toss ziti with vegetables sauce and spinach in bowl.
13. Spread in shallow 3-quart baking dish.
14. Sprinkle mozzarella over top.
15. Bake 20 minutes or until bubbly.
