How long to cook cubed pork in liquid on the stove top?!

Question:

How long to cook cubed pork in liquid on the stove top?

Whenever I cook pork vindaloo in my pressure cooker, it turns hard. Perhaps I shouldn't use a pressure cooker.

Answers:
For pork to be tender, it needs to be simmered in broth or a juice over medium low heat on the stove top for a minimum of 30 minutes for the connective tissues to break down, pressure cookers don't do that. Simmer and it will be fork tender.

Try reducing cooking time. Pressure cooker needs very little liquid, and not much time. Food should come out nice and tender and juicy.
