Howdo ya do it?!

Question:

Howdo ya do it?

do you make your cinnamon rolls?

Answers:
Although store-bought is relatively easier, I tend to make our own cinnamon rolls since my dad is diabetic and I have to control his sugar intake. You can try this recipe for homemade cinnamon rolls:
1/2 kilo flour
1 tablespoon instant yeast
8 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
5 tablespoonds milk
1/2 cup shortening
1 cup water
1/4 cup melted butte
1 tablespoon cinnamon
5 tablespoons brown sugar
1 bar cream cheese
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar

1. In the mixer, combine flour, yeast, sugar, salt, milk, shortening and 3/4 of the water. Beat to form a soft dough. Add more water if needed.
2. Knead the dough until smooth and elastic. Transfer to a greased bowl and cover with a dampl cloth. Let rise until double in bulk, about 1 hour.
3. Punch down the dough then roll out to a rectangular sheet. Brush with melted butter.
4. In a small bowl, combine cinnamon and brown sugar. Sprinkle over the dough.
5. Roll up the dough. Pinch the edges to seal. Slice into 12 pieces. Put in a greased square pan. Let rise for about 30 minutes.
6. Bake in a preheated 350F overn until golden brown.
7. To make the frosting , beat cream cheese with sugar. Spread over cinnamon rolls or serve on the side.

Note: for a twist on your cinnamon roll, prepare 2 green apples, peeled and chopped. Combine with cinnamon and brown sugar before sprinkling over the dough.

Enjoy!

i like to take frozen bread dough, thaw and flatten it out
add a dusting of cinnamon, and some sugar,
roll it up.
then take some string and cut it (or a knife)
place it in a glass pan
which the bottom is covered with brown sugar, butter and nuts
put the rolled dough flat on the mixture
add half/half until the mixture in half covered
bake 350, until brown, and bubbly
tip upside down onto a plate,
cool and enjoy.

I don't, too fattening.

Purchase cinnamon rolls, preheat oven, read and follow packaged instructions. Hey it works for me and theres never any left over.
