What is your favourite recipe?!

Question:

What is your favourite recipe?

Answers:
This is MY recipe on a pan fried or grilled cheeseburger

Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds lean(80%) ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons of A1 or Worcestershire sauce
1 cup bread crumbs
1 teaspoon of seasoned salt
1 tablespoon of pepper
2 tablespoons of garlic powder
4-6 slices of deli-sliced sharp cheddar cheese
4-6 hamburger buns, split and toasted

PREPARATION:
Combine ground beef, onion, Worcestershire or A1 sauce, bread crumbs, seasoned salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix with hands until blended. Shape into 4 to 6 burgers. Heat a large skillet(preferrably a cast-iron) over medium heat(no oil is needed since ground beef produces its own grease).

Fry or grill the burgers for 7 to 10 minutes on each side, or until cooked to desired doneness. While burgers are on the final side of cooking and ready to come out, place one slice of cheese onto each burger. Cover skillet for 15 seconds to melt the cheese. Place on hambirger bun and enjoy

Rosemary Roasted Veg !.

I mix 6 tablespoons of olive oil, with 2 tablespoons of chopped rosemary, a teaspoon of asda mild chilli powder and some sea salt in a large bowl.

Then i add all my favourite veg, chopped into equal sizes, and give it a good stir, put on a baking tray & bake in a med oven for 70 mins and its done !.

I don't have a favourite recipe because most of what I cook is something I just create on a whim. Unless of course you want to consider open packet, add to two cups boiling water, add flavour packet, boil 3 minutes or until noodles are soft. Yeah it's the Top Ramen packet. =))

my favorite recipe that I've made is my chicken parama pesto pizza-though I do like my steak au poivre.
