I need to know the best way to cook Mahi Mahi?!

Question:

I need to know the best way to cook Mahi Mahi?

Someone gave me some Mahi Mahi and they said that it is good on the grill. I want to cook it on the grill but I don't know how long to leave it on there and I would like to know what is the best seasoning to put on it.

Answers:
little bit of salt and sear it on a hot pan with virgin olive oil. Don't grill it.

Well, for me the best way to cook mahi mahi is to go out in the sun, and sit there for aobut three hours, then lay the fish on your stomach, and sit there for another three hours. By the end of that affair you will have great mahi mahi and you won't even need seasoning because the salt from your sweat took care of that!

Mahi Mahi Maui Style
Ingredients

? 4 mahi mahi fillets
? 2 Tbsp butter, divided
? 1 clove garlic
? 1 Tbsp teriyaki sauce
? 2 Tbsp lemon juice
? 1 tsp. honey
? 1 Tbsp sesame seeds

In skillet set at 250 degrees F or medium heat, melt 1 Tbsp butter; add garlic, saute until tender. Remove from heat. Stir in teriyaki, lemon juice, honey and sesame seeds. Pour over mahi mahi fillets, marinate 30 minutes. Heat 1 Tbsp butter in skillet. Set at medium heat. Add mahi mahi fillets, saute 4-5 minutes on each side, basting with marinade. Garnish mahi mahi fillets with parsley.
