Place the third slice of bread on top of egg, and cover with de seeded tomato, seasoned with S&P
Top with forth slice of bread, spread side down.
Cut crusts fro the sides and cut into fingers.

If possible get a loaf of caterers sliced bread.
It is cut lengthways, instead of across, so you can make several at a time.

I would say take a lot of chips, meat, cheese, and bread and plan on eating a lot of sandwiches, lol.

I would bring chips or crackers that I like.

bring granola bars..gatorade...water...boile... eggs...turkey jerkey

A ton of sandwiches, fruit, some candy, and chips.

sandwiches and cold pizza if you like it. lunchbles salads. how about them self heating entrees they have in the stores. They heat by them selves and are awesome. I carry an inverter myself to use a small grill goerge foreman

Fruit, cheese, sliced cured meats, crackers, raw veggies, trail mix, canned juice, soda, lots of water, you can also pack single serving size of soups, and raviolli, etc as many rest stops have microwaves.
Pack loaves of bread, sandwich condiments, and don't forget yogurt. Pack plastic utensils and paper goods.

Don't bring regular sandwhiches, they get soggy...sub sandwhiches work way better!! Grapes, carrots, sugar snap peas are all healthy finger foods that are easy to bring along. But if your a teenager you probably won't want that! Chips, soda, crackers are probably more what you would like! String cheese maybe! you could even rap up some slice of pizza!

Lunchables are easy protein take along. And trail mix or trail mix bars. Yogurt. Carrots. Pre cut fruit. Go to the vegetable isle in your grocers and get all the pre-sliced, pre cut things. Don't forget to take lots of water, napkins and wipe ables (like baby wipes). Have lots of fun! :)

Easy small snacks like chips, and granola bars nothing that requires refrigeration or a certain temp. of storage.

I enjoy red seedless grapes because they are refreshing for long trips. Pretzels are a choice along with nuts that are shelled. Pre cut fruit such as oranges as long as you have some pre moistend towelettes to clean your hands after wards. I also like pre sliced cheese and crackers and string cheese is a good too. Ham slices or salami can be good with the cheese ,just take a few slices and put them in a Ziploc bag. Have fun!!!!

if you're watching your weight i'd say like sunchips and whatnot. for drinks i'd say those flavored carbonated water things you can buy at ALDI's. now if you were driving, i'd say anything with caffeine or sugar.
