Answers:
Man I wish I had a better memory, so I can explain how far more complicated it is to have Kosher meat than simply how the animal dies. I do know one poster got it backwards, and it is done in the LEAST painful way to the animal. Also I know there is a process afterwards (I'm having salt flashbacks lol). Here's one memory for sure....my Grandmother kept a kosher home and when I ate meat there it was flavorful and delicious. I don't keep a kosher home and when I cook steak, even when I buy Angus, it has little flavor and the majority of the taste comes from however you season it.

Now all that said, any beef ribs that are available in the market will be available in a Kosher butcher or market. If you are unsure if there are any near you, if you can't turn up one with a web search or checking anywho or the yellow pages, I'd suggest looking up Synagogues in your area (call orthodox if there is a choice). I'm sure they will know all your options and can direct you.

My personal favorite, unless you are looking to BBQ with them, are short ribs. They have the most meat and it is so tender it falls off the bone. If you need any recipes just ask.

Also I know there used to be a web site that located kosher markets. An old friend of mine used it when she traveled. I couldn't find it with a quick search. If you run into any problems finding it let me know if you want me to email her for the url.

Also, you probably know not to serve dairy with meat to someone who keep kosher. But thought I'd mention it just incase lol.

Beef ribs can be kosher if bought at a kosher meat market. Kosher.com sells three or four types of beef ribs.

You can probably get Kosher beef ribs at a local Jewish butcher.

You do know That Kosher ONLY means they got an animal from the auction or slaughter house and prayed over it as they CUT IT"S THROAT to die slowly.
OF course they claim this is good by GOD (thier god)
Silly holy holy nonsense.
