Um, bone-in, skin-on chicken breast smothered in BBQ sauce. With the skin just beginning to crisp!

Second would be steak with a side of hash browns!

really good steaks and an assortment of veggies (onions, zuchini, peppers, portobellos, etc) with a bit of olive oil, salt and pepper.

I grill the steaks and make real Mexican tacos ,with fresh salsa, corn on the cob yummm

big thick 100% beef burgers

cheeseburger..yum wish it was sunny :-(

red orange and yellow peppers and portabello mushroomes drizzles with olive oil and generously tossed with sea salt and garlic pwder....Then right on the grill!...Mmmm

I make the best chicken kebabs

Chicken or a rack of ribs mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Chicken with the skin on a charcoal grill. Occasionally spray it with a oil and vinegar mixture. The oil keeps the meat moist, but the vinegar tenderizes it. Once it's almost all the way cooked, sprinkle dry seasoning. Then leave it on the grill until the skin crisps up! Mmmmmmm, I'm hungry now.

BANANAS!! cover a banana with honey, cinnamon, mixed spices etc wrap in foil and barbecue for a bit, (whilst its cooking mix some brandy/whisky into double cream) unwrap banana and serve with the cream!

if you do it with apple it tastes like toffee apple.

my fav thing would have to be chicken wings there so delicious and juicy!!!!

That would depend on who I am BBQ'ing for if the wife and me a filet mignon plain. When there are crowds I like to start with corn soaked in sugar water with the husks on for that additional sweetness, the as the hamburger is marinating (only use the 93% good stuff) with Jack Daniels number 7 and some bratwuerst soaking in beer then is time to hit the grill. Low heat so everything cooks evenly For the corn we take an old coffee can fill about 2/3 with water then melt 1/2 lb of butter on top dunk you corn and it is buttered. Beer on the side of course and everyone is happy

I once cooked some fresh tuna and i thought it was brill

4 garlic cloves, chopped

4 tablespoons mild or hot curry power, to taste.

4 ib potatoes, peeled and cut into 1cm (1/2 - inch ) cubes

Heat the oil in a frying pan that has a lid and add the fenugreek seeds, and the garlic.

Fry gently over a moderate heat until the garlic is browned.
Lift out the garlic and fenugreek with a slotted spoon and discard.

Add the curry power to the frying pan and cook, stirring with a wooden spoon, for 3-4 minutes.

Add the potatoes, water and salt.

Cover and simmer for about 20 minutes, until the potatoes are tender.

If the potatoes seem to be drying out during cooking, add a little hot water, although the finished dish should be quite dry.
