Ones that i can make I mean
I love the combination of berries and custard. I have 2 suggestions. One is a classic fruit tart, with a pastry shell bottom, lined with custard, and topped with berries (blueberries, rasberries, strawberries...kiwi's are great too). I am sure you've seen these, but here is a pic and recipe, then I'll give a few cheating tips on how to make more easily;

There are several quick cheats/shortcuts that will make it much easier but still yummy. For a crust, either make one as in that or any other recipe, or substitute making one with ground vanilla cookies, or graham cracker ones (basically combing the ground cookies with some butter or I can't believe it's not butter and pressing into tart pan or ANY pan of choice.
Now to make it super easy, forget about making a custard. Most large markets or specialty stores carry Bird's custard mix. I'm too tired to go downstairs to look sorry, think it may say English somewhere in there. Just follow the super simple directions, and once prepared be sure to add flavoring as it is just a basic custard. For a fruit tart I would add vanilla and a few drops of almond. Go light on the almond as it can get a bitter taste if too much. But you can choose any flavoring of your choice. Then spread out over the crust, decorate with berries. They sell glazes in most produce departments if you want to make it fancy and hold all in place, but it's not neccessary.
2nd option....A fresh berry trifle;
The good thing about trifle is you can use any kind of cake you want for the cake layers. You can buy a store bought pound cake, make a cake mix or anything you like. If you don't have a trifle bowl and large glass container will do. And even though it looks prettiest when you can see the sides, a bowl will always do the trick too, and it will taste just as yummy.
Then cut up the cake into medium sized chunks or strips. If you want you can pierce with a fork and moisten with a little liquor of choice.
Then make either the Bird's custard as above, or vanilla pudding, and start layering, cake, custard/pudding, berries. Keep layering until the top. You want to let it sit for a least a few hours to moisten together. Scoop out and serve as is or topped with whip cream or if you like the stuff cool whip.
Both of these are delicious and can be whipped up quickly. Just make sure fruit is washed and totally dry before using in either.
ETA: Forgot an awesome berry dessert I found by accident last year. I had made instant coconut pudding mix. It was great but a little soft for pudding, so I tried it with some fresh fruit over it (all were berries) and boy was that good. So after that I made it just to serve that way several times. Once when I had company I sprinkled a little coconut flakes over the top for appearance. So you might try that too.
