Answers:
U have to precook non veg before using microwave. either u boil, roast or fry nonveg as per recipe required & visit the web site for more details http://www.indianfoodforever.com/microwa...
MICROWAVE MUTTON CURRY

6 cardamoms
1 bay-leaf
5/6 cup oil
2g saffron
3tbsp. Garlic paste
1 boiled egg
4 cinnamon
8 cloves
1/2 cup yoghurt
1/2 tsp black pepper
3tbsp. Ginger paste
3 tbsp. Green chilli paste
Salt to taste
Preparation:
Heat oil, add cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and bay leaf.
When brown put ginger, garlic, green chilli paste.
Saute for a few minutes and add yoghurt and mutton cubes.
Put it in a glass dish, cover it and micro it for 10 minutes and then stand it for 5 minutes.
When meat is tender, add salt, pepper and saffron and micro it further for 3-4 minutes. Stand it for another minute and serve.
To serve garnish with quartered boiled egg and mint.
A squeeze of lemon juice will greatly enhance the taste. (For chicken curry use chicken instead of mutton).

I honestly don't understand what you are wanting to know here. All I understand is that you bought a VERY expensive microwave and maybe you dont know how to use it? Sorry if Im wrong but this makes no sense. All I can do is post the site for this microwave, maybe you can find some help here.

Go to the product website for your microwave oven and see if they have a search engine for what you want to cook and how. As a rule, veggies can be cooked by adding a bit of water and a pinch of sugar to a oven safe casserole dish, place the veggies in, cover the bowl with a the glass lid, and cook on high for 4-5 minutes. The water will effectively steam the veggies, so you can cook them a few more minutes to get the desired texture you prefer. Use an oven mitt to avoid scalding.

*U can cook the nonveg in a m/w oven too ....... but i 'm not sure if u will like the taste & look of it.
Plus it does take longer to cook .
U can first fry the nonveg on direct fire [gas stove], then put in the m/w for further cooking.
That way the taste & look of the dish is maintained !!!!!!
