How to "pack" chewing tobacco?!

Question:

How to "pack" chewing tobacco?

i play baseball(pitcher, class AA) but i never knew how to pack tobacco, making that clicking noise. all the other guys know how to make the noise, but none of their advice helps. so how do i get the "smacking" while packing my dip??

Answers:
Hold the can with the LID UPRIGHT. (That was something that I learned the hard way and was a long running joke thereafter.) Hold the can in your stronger hand between the middle finger and thumb. Hold onto the can, but let your hand go kind of limp at the same time and shake in a downwards and forward motion. Your index finger should strike the top of the can making the "Popping" sound that you're talking about. Takes practice.

Hope this helps.
