Hi, I found some company information about Red Cross pasta and it had an area to click on for recipes. It sent me to ivillage.com and there is a recipe for lasagna. I'm not sure if this is the one you're looking for, but it just might be. Here it is.

1 cup cottage cheese (fat free)
4 oz shredded mozzarella cheese (part skim)
1 oz romano cheese
1 egg white
1 tsp basil (dried)
1/2 tsp fennel seed
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1 fresh, pressed, garlic clove
1 raw, medium onion, chopped
8 oz canned tomato paste (no salt added)
4 cooked lasagna noodles
5 ounces raw, ground beef
8 oz tomato sauce, no salt

Directions:

Brown ground beef with onions and garlic until done, drain, blot with paper towel. Drain excess oils
Stir in 1/4 cup water, tomato sauce, tomato paste, basil, oregano and fennel seed
Bring to boil, then reduce heat and simmer 10-15 minutes, stirring frequently
Cook lasagna noodles per directions, drain
In a small bowl, combine cottage cheese and egg white
Generously coat a 10x6x2 inch baking dish with non stick cooking spray
Lay 2 lasagna noodles in dish, layer half of the cottage cheese mixture, half of the sauce mixture and half of the mozzarella cheese, repeat
Sprinkle romano cheese on very top
Bake uncovered at 375 degrees F (191 degrees Celcius) for 25-30 minutes
Let cool for 10-15 minutes before serving
