Did anyone get the ketchup recipe from Jamie Oliviers show on Friday?
I have found the recepie from someone else but they did not have the sugar amount. Anyone help?

i found this on the web (until you find it, i would just add 'to taste'. start with a small amount and add enough till it tastes good to you):

Tomato Ketchup
Ingredients:
- 1kg of ripe tomatoes
- 4 onions diced
- 2tsp of fennel seeds
- 2tsp of coriander seeds
- 4 cloves
- 2 thumb sized ginger
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1-2 chilli
- pepper/salt
- 1L of tinned tomatoes
- 250ml of red wine vinegar
- (?)g of raw sugar
- handful of basil
Method:
1. Fry onion in the pan for about 15 minutes to sweeten
2. In a pestle and mortar, bash together the fennel seeds, coriander seeds and cloves.
3. Add the ginger, garlic, and chilli to the pan.
4. Shake the herb mix into the pan also. Add a pinch of salt and pepper.
5. Add the tomatoes, and the finely chopped stalks of the basil.
6. Add the tinned tomatoes along with the red wine vinegar and raw sugar. Cook on medium-low heat for 30 minutes till it?s shiny.
7. Turn the heat off, and stir chopped basil leaves in.
8. Blend the mixture in portions, pour through a sieve.
9. Bottle in sterilized bottles."
