Baked bbq chicken wings?!

Question:

Baked bbq chicken wings?

how would i go about that ? how long to cook it ? what recipe to use? how long to marinade? all that stuff!

Answers:
Baked is best :) Here's what I do:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Make sure there's a rack in the center of the oven.

Place the wings in a pan with 2 inch sides. Pour your sauce over the top, making sure all chicken has at least a thin layer (there's no need to marinade).

Bake for about 20-30 minutes then turn the wings once. Bake for another 30 minutes or so, until sauce is thickened and meat falls off the bone easily.

This method also works great for chicken legs, just increase the baking time by 20 minutes or so.

you can marinate for 30 minutes and while on the grill, brush them with the marinade five to ten minutes for each side

BAKED BARBECUE CHICKEN WINGS

1 - 1 1/2 lbs. chicken wings or legs
3/4 - 1 c. Kraft barbecue sauce

Par boil chicken in boiling water for 8 minutes. Remove and let drain and pat dry. Place chicken (a few pieces at a time) in medium sized bowl. Pour barbecue sauce over chicken and coat well. Place in shallow baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.

or

BAKED CHICKEN WINGS IN SAUCE

2 tbsp. Worcestershire

Tuck wing tip under before placing wings in baking dish or pan. Pour 3 sauce ingredients into bowl; mix well, then pour over chicken wings. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350 degrees, basting every 15 minutes. Serve with MANY paper napkins... messy, but delicious.
