Fajhitas???????!

Question:

Fajhitas???????

spelled wrong I know, ok can anyone be a whizz kid in the kitchen and come up with a marinade all I have is balsalmic vinegar, paprika, course pepper lime, tomato puree, garlic puree, fennel seed, olive oil, creme freshe?, chili paste and wraps oh peppers and onions? Any Ideas?

Answers:
Use just a little of the balsamic or the marinade will be too sweet. Go heavy on the lime and garlic and olive oil and the chili paste to taste (or burn!). Marinate the meat in that, grill the meat and put the onions and peppers on the grill for the last 5 - 10 minutes until lightly charred and tender. Salt and pepper meat and veggies to taste. Serve the meat, peppers and onions piled on a plate with the wraps and creme freshe on the side and let everyone make their own.

Just hazarding a guess, I would use Olive oil, CHili Paste, Coarse pepper, Peppers, and onions. You could try using the balsamic in that too, but I dunno how it'll turn out if you do.

Sounds good to me!

First off, restock you kitchen with more spices, all Mexican food to some degree has either chili powder or cumin and always garlic, Cilantro is also a good idea). With what you have, use half a cup of lime juice, half teaspoon of garlic, teaspoon of chili paste 4 to 5 pinches pepper, and some salt, with the peppers and onions you'll have a close facsimile of Fajitas. Marinate for 2 hours or longer.

tom puree, balsamic, garlic, s & p. add a bit of chilli if you like it!

Sounds nice,, but wen i do my Fajita's i usually do a smokey, bbq, type sauce 4 them,,, that is delish,, and the kids luv them 2.
