Searching for Chili Man Chili coney island hot dog sauce recipe.?

i have tried MANY recipes that i have found on various websites and NONE of them are similiar. Most are like a chili consistancy but what i want is not "soupy"...it is meaty. Thanx to all who take the time to answer me !!
