What is the best fish for grilling?!

Question:

What is the best fish for grilling?

Answers:
Due to its hearty nature, Salmon works best. Its protein chain tends to bond better against heat and doesn't fall apart, unless you overcook it.
2nd best is Tuna. Though with this type of fish, make sure it is heavily marinated and flip often, no less than 1 minute per side. Also, with Tuna, you don't have to cook it till it's all the way white. A little rare is good, both in taste and in preventing the tuna from drying out.
With Tuna, use a teriyaki marinade.

Salmon Check the internet several ideas

I like swordfish, Tuna or halibut

I grill Seabass fillets marinated in olive oil and lemon juice and its LUSH:-)

depends on what you like, BUT, a lot of people LOVE that grilled salmon.

Firm ocean fish.

Salmon, Tuna, Mahi Mahi, Halibut, Marlin, or Shark.

Any firm fleshed fish grills nicely. I like salmon steaks or whole trout. Stay away from thinly sliced fillets.
Tuna is great on the grill as is a thick cut mahimahi steak.

salmon is good.
but almost all fish work well on the grill.

Enjoy

Salmon is great on the grill. Or any nice, meaty fish that won't fall apart. They do, however, have fish baskets/accessories where you can do all types of fish. So you can chose whichever seafood you like.

They sell grilling planks that are supposed to infuse a nice, woody flavor into fish. I have yet to try it at home, but have had them in restaurants.

salmon and tuna steak work well but you can put almost any fish in tin foil with (if you want ) lemon juice, butter, seasonings.

put basa into foil pouches with butter, dill, and lemon.no clean up. use microwave butter and herb rice. follow directions on pakage. serve with fish. start veggie kabobs brushed with olive oil salt , pepper. before you start fish. you can use summer squash, onion, mushrooms, garlic, and carrots. or any veggie you like. for dessert serve grilled pineapple ,mango, or apple kabobs when the fruit kabobs are almost done spread on melted brown sugar and butter .for a sweet treat.

My personal favourite is salmon. Use salmon steaks and grill just until the fish flakes easily. If you use bbq sauce, use it just at the end of cooking.
