Question:

What is the best way to cook corn on the cob, on grill?

Answers:
Grill it with the husks on. They will char and turn brown which gives the kernels a smoky flavor! Yum!!!

submerge in water for a 1/2 hour.then rap in foil husks and all.cook for about an hour top shelve of the grill.

My favorite way to cook corn on the cob is boiling it for 8 minutes on the stovetop. Of course it has to be well buttered and salted afterwards.

When you cook corn on the grill, the best way to do it is to leave it in the stalk and soak it in cold water atleast 3-4 hours before you put it on the grill.Overnight in water is even better because it keeps the stalk from catching on fire.

Shuck the corn.
Wash it.
Roll in melted butter, salt, pepper
Wrap in Reynolds wrap
Place on grill until you feel it is done
Enjoy

I prefer it WITHOUT the husks on.
Mix some garlic powder, salt, and chopped parsley with soft butter, and rub it all over each cleaned ear. Cook for about ten minutes, turning frequently. I'm doing exactly that in about 2 hours!

The best way to cook it would be by first buttering and salting it, wrapping it in aluminum foil, cooking it in the oven for 1 hour, and then grilling it on the grill.

You can take and wet your frozen corn on the cobs. Then wrap them in foil and grill.I put butter and salt mine then grill them, keep turning them.

I agree with Candace, although, she left out a crucial step. You must peel back the husk almost all the way. You just barely want to leave it on. then season it with oil, and be generous with the salt and pepper, then pull the husk back up. then you want to char that husk. get it nice and black.

Soak the corn in the husks for at least 30 minutes, more if you can. It isn't picky, you can throw it on a grill while its warming up or start it on a hot grill, then move it to the top shelf later. Turn every 10 - 15 minutes, cook for about an hour total. It will stay hot in the husks for quite awhile, you can take it off the grill, leave it sit for over 15 minutes and it will still be steamy inside. Just before serving, peel off the husks and add some butter.
