You have some great recipes to choose from for the twice baked potato.
Here's something different to try. This is delicious.

Hashbrown Potato Casserole
2 pounds. frozen hashbrowns potatoes, thawed
10 oz pkg cheddar cheese, grated
8 oz. sourcream
1 can cream of celery
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 stick butter, melted
Mix all other ingredients together. Put in greased casserole. Bake at 350' for 45-55 minutes.

twice baked are really good, and so are loaded potatoes.

this is the recipe I always use for twice baked:

and this is the closest loaded potatoe I could find, I normally just slice it down the middle instead of how they say to do it, but it's really close!:

Twice Baked Potato
Ingredients:
4 large baking potatoes
8 slices bacon
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup milk
4 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded; divided use
8 green onions, sliced, divided use

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Bake potatoes for 1 hour.

Meanwhile, place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain, crumble and set aside.

When potatoes are done allow them to cool for 10 minutes. Slice potatoes in half lengthwise and scoop the flesh into a large bowl, being careful not to tear skins; set potato skins aside. To the potato flesh add sour cream, milk, butter, salt, pepper, 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 the green onions. Mix with a hand mixer until well blended and creamy.

Spoon the mixture into the potato skins. Top each with remaining cheese, green onions and bacon. Bake for another 15 minutes

For bbqs I like this recipe.

Slice an onion but don't seperate the slices into rings.Take a potato and cut it in half. Take a slice or 2 of the onion and a teaspoon of butter. Put it in between the 2 halved potatos and wrap the potato up in tin foil. Bbq until done.

Bake the potatoes until tender, like you normally would. Slice them in half and scoop the potato into a bowl, reserving the skin (it works better if you leave a little bit of the potato on the skin).

From here the skys the limit... I add some butter, sour cream, green onion, shredded cheddar, bacon, salt & pepper (use whaterver you like on a potato!). Mash it all together, you want it to be a thicker consistency (not like mashed potatoes) so don't add too much liquid. Once mixed, spoon mixture into the potato skins, top with more cheese. Bake at 350 unitl cheese melts. (You can fix them ahead and bake the 2nd time - just cook them until they're hot throughout).

This is one of my family favorites ~ Enjoy!

Bake em' until barely done then cut in half. Cool until you can spoon out the 'meat'. Mix this with diced peppers, onions, parsley or just about anything you like......plus cheese...... and then spoon the mix back into the skin and rebake (preferrably open and low heat on the grill) Oh man, now I'm hungry!

I have a variation on the lady above me's Hash Brown Cas. add one small onion finely chopped and instead of cream of celery use cream of chicken. We call them party potatos. This is the #1 thing I get asked to make for every party I go to. It's sooooo delicous and everyone loves it.
