Question:

What is the best way to make beer brats?

Answers:
simmer the brats in beer and onions for about 30 mins. than place on grill to get the grill favor and so the brown. than serve.

LOL......I was just picturing .....Oh never mind !

We usually put our brats in tinfoil and then put our favorite beer in with the tinfoil and cook it like that.

when they are on the grill you can pour the beer over them . But i usually let them soak in the beer for a while . i also poke the brats with the fork a little so the beer can get in . ohhhhh so yummy

Have unprotected sex when you're drunk.
Beer brats can grow to be troubled adults.

Go to your nearest Whole Foods Market, or any other health conscious store, and purchase the Tofurky brand of vegetarian beer brats. Take them home and put them on the grill and there you'll have a delicious dinner that is cruelty free, and much healthier for you than the meat version that involved killing a helpless animal. You'll feel better for it. :o)

First, get yourself a beer!

Then, brown them in a pan on one side for a couple minutes, then fill the pan with some water, put a lid on it and steam them for about 8 minutes. Turn them over, put the lid back on and steam/cook for another 8 or so minutes.

You could also put them on the grill, but like above, cook one side of the brat, then turn them over and cook the other side.

What you dont need to do when you are working the bbq grill, is to constantly turn the food. You must let it cook on one side, then turn it and cook the other. You can move them around the grill if they are in a hot spot.

Have fun cooking!

What the h$#@ is a 'beer brat', are you shortening 'br?twurst'. If so ...
