Quick Chicken serves 6

INGREDIENTS

6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
6 ounces Dijon mustard
1/4 cup and 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
1/4 cup and 2 tablespoons bacon bits
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Place chicken in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Slather mustard evenly over chicken, then pour teriyaki sauce evenly over all. Sprinkle with bacon bits, then cover with cheese.
Bake at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 30 minutes.

for desert make No Bake Chocolate Cookies serves 10

INGREDIENTS

1/3 cup butter
2/3 cup white sugar
2 tablespoons and 2 teaspoons evaporated milk
1-3/4 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1/3 cup flaked coconut
1 cup rolled oats

DIRECTIONS

Mix oatmeal and coconut together in a large bowl.
Put other ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly. When mixture comes to a boil, let it boil for 2 minutes.(any longer your cookies will be crumbly, any shorter, your cookies will be gooey)
Remove from heat and pour over the oatmeal-coconut mixture. Working quickly now, mix well and drop by spoon onto waxed paper. Let sit until firm and cool. Excellent for freezing.

Garlic shrimp with rice pilaf

I just got done eating dinner,
I made stuffed chicken breasts, mashed potatoes, and green beans.

we are having tortellin and ravioli with tomato sauce. why not that?
or
what about spaghetti and meatballs?
hot dogs and beans?
tuna salad?
pork chops and mashed potatoes?
macaroni and cheese?
chicken and rice?

Hot dogs, baked beans and corn.
A little cole slaw wouldn't hurt.

Chicken Parmagiana

Crumbed chicken breast or thigh fillet (thigh is more juicy)
1 jar of Italian sauce or Salsa (if you want mexican)
Grated Cheese.

Cook crumbed chicken in frypan not to high or you will burn crumbs before chicken is cooked.
Spoon sauce over to cover chicken, top with grated cheese. Put into oven !80C 350F on baking tray till cheese melted. Alternatively you can grill to melt cheese. Serve with salad & chips or veges.

taco dip...

on a plate add these layers in order (spread them on the plate)

refried beans
hamburger or diced chicken (hot)
sourcream
salsa
shredded cheese
shredded lettuce
anything else you want like onions and jalepenos..
use chips for a scoop
Its soooooo goood and is best when cold!

nothing let your husband do it hahaha no seriously though... how about something like a caserole taco caserole
