How long do you cook a breast roast?!

Question:

How long do you cook a breast roast?

Answers:
Three hours usually does the trick at 325 degrees. Some times longer. It will depend on the type of water that you have. It might sound crazy but it will make a difference.

I have cooked from scratch for 8 years

The rule for cooking meat in the oven is 20 minutes per pound....so basically a 3 lb. chicken would bake in an hour.
You can also use a meat thermometer...chicken is done when the internal temperature reaches 160F.

Bake at 180C for 25 minutes per lb and check that the juices run clear when squeezed with food tongs. If you wish a crispy skin put it under the grill for the last 5 minutes, but make sure they don't burn
