My favorite pasta dish is Chicken primavera. I make it home made. You can use any type of noodles that you like, but I like bow ties. Before you start the noodles and veggies start the sauce. The sauce consists of depending on how many people your making it for. I usually made it for 6 very hungry people... :> Take some butter and coat a heavy sauce pan pour in 2 20 ounce cartons of heavy whipping cream. Cook very low. pour in fresh or dried Parmesan. I usually just use the dried. One bottle. Cook until thick DO NOT use a spoon use a whisk only!!!!!!!!!! Then cook any type of veggies and meat that you like and your noodles. put the noodles on your plate then the veggies then pour on the sauce........mmmmmmmmmmm Divine!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My family goes nuts over stuffed shells. I buy the large shell pasta. Follow the directions on the box. I buy a large container of ricotta cheese, a bag of mozzarella cheese, some chopped spinach, and 1pd browned burger. I mix it all together in a bowl. Salt and pepper to taste. Stuff the shells, pour spag sauce in the bottom of a large baking pan, place the shells in rows next to each other till there is no more room. Bake @ 350 for about 40 minutes. YUMMY!!! Serve with a fresh garden salad and garlic bread

If you try it let me know I hope you like it as much as I do!!

Chicken.
Poach your chicken pieces in some stock and set aside, until cool enough to handle, and de-bone.
Pasta.
Place in salted boiling water and cook until you get the degree of cooking you like.
Penne or Elbows will do very well here.
Sauce.
Make a normal white sauce and add some grated tasty cheese, remove from heat and stir until it is smooth.

Combine everything and place in an oven proof dish, sprinkle with more cheese and bake until it is bubbling and the cheese has melted and started to brown.
