A subsitute for eggs?!

Question:

A subsitute for eggs?

I'm attempting to make cookies. I have one person who is allergic to eggs/poultry and one who allergic to soy. Thus we cannot use eggbeaters or anything like that. Any ideas on what I can use?

Answers:
If you have a health food market near you check and see if they have and egg replacer such as Ener-G Egg Replacer. It has worked very well for the vegan side of our family.

Here's a link to a site so you can see the ingredients....

Check the vegan recipes on Yahoo. You don't need eggs or soy bean products to make cookies.

Two seperate recipes, Sorry

Peanut butter
cut back on the 'lard' 1/4
no salt
tell the trouble makers to leave or die
why should you worry
you set the table right !! wash the dishes???
now you have to adjust to their genetic defects with no help
Not In my House
You carry Your own weight.

You can always get a cookie recipe that doesnt require eggs. I remember making a peanut butter cookie at work with out the use of eggs. Substituting a recipe, or making both cookies and distinctly marking both as one or the other.

Good Luck!
