Recipes that can be made with 75 degrees or less...?

Does anyone know any good (tasty, attractive, east, etc ... ) baking recipes that only require 75 degrees of heat at any time?


Answers:
Bourbon Balls

2 1/2 C nilla wafers
1 C pecans
2/3 C bourbon
1 C confectioners sugar (plus more for rolling to coat)
3 T cocoa powder
2 T light corn syrup

Combine wafers and pecans in a food processor. Add remaining ingedients (except rolling sugar) and pulverize for 10 seconds.

Roll into 1" balls and roll in remaining sugar. Store in an airtight container.

great - I make them every year at christmas.

Salad.

You could dry apples slices in your oven at 75 degree Celsius.

Or granola:
Mix 4 cups oats
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup coconut (optional)
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
mix well and spread on a cookie sheet.
Put in oven until thoroughly heated.

Cool
Store in air tight container

Beef Jerky

You could bake cheese on toast until they are really dry and crunchy.
