Answers:
Try finding a whole food market around your area. They will tend to carry more obscure items. As for vegetable fat, most vegetable fats and oils are hydrogenated, so keep that in mind. Milk Powder can probly be found in your local supermarket, look in the baby section. Coca butter may be harder to find, and whey powder may be able to be located in the health fitness area of your supermarket.

You might be able to get them at a local supermarket, especially if it's got an all natural section to it. But you probably should look around first.

milk pwder is availble on most stores, as for the rest, those are avaible to people who produce foods. try online shops

u should get them in your local store.

You can always find stuff on the internet , but if you're not willing to pay shipping, try a local health food store if you can find one, maybe Jungle Jim's or Whole Foods Market.

P.S: You can find 20 pounds of pure cocoa butter for $150 on the internet, so you can check prices and purchase virtually ANYTHING on the internet. Try Google Product Search or Amazon! Hope this helped, and thanks for not succumbing to fast food!

Have a look to see if any of them have an on line shopping facility and you will get all your prices there for the things you want.
