It's very simple. Use heavy whipping cream and pour into a good size mixing bowl. Add 2 T spoons per pint of cream. . I use an electric hand mixer. Start it on slow speed or it will make a mess. Gradually increase the speed. Taste it as you mix it and add sugar with a T spoon to suite your taste. Mix until it becomes thick and fluffy. It is so easy and you will probably never go back to cool whip or the junk in the can. Buon Appetite!

After you boil milk for use, skim off the cream that floats on top and store in an airtight bottle in the fridge. Use whenever you require fresh cream.

Make sure that you whip the cream well before use over ice, to trap lots of air bubbles and not have that overwhelming creamy taste. Mix with powdered sugar if needed.

Step 3: Put milk in containers in the refrigerator
Step 4: Allow to cool for 8 hours
Step 5: Skim cream off the top of the milk
