Great recipe for fresh broccoli, chicken and rice?!

Question:

Great recipe for fresh broccoli, chicken and rice?

My dad gave me a lot of fresh broccoli from his garden tonight. I used to have a good recipe for a casserole that had chicken broccoli and rice in it. I cant remember everything that was in it.
Anyone have any good recipes to share like this one?

Answers:
Mine is a skillet dish I got our of a kraft foods magazine, but it's awesome and super easy!
Ingredients:
1 lb chicken, cut into chunks
3 cups broccoli florets
1 can (10oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup (I have also used a roasted garlic, and a Mexican cheese with great success)
1 soup can water
1 1/2 cups minute rice (I've used brown and white. I prefer brown)
1 cup shredded chedder cheesee
Cooking:
Spray pan or coat bottom with oil and brown chicken
add broccoli, soup and water and bring to a boil. Stir in rice and chees and cook for 5 min. Sprinkle top with cheese when serving if you like.
Enjoy!!
P.S. This is really good the next day for lunch too!

Campbell's? 15-Minute Chicken & Rice Dinner

http://www.campbellkitchen.com/recipedet...

I would recommend having all these cooked together and adding a creamy sauce made with cheese or garlic. Or you could do a variation of the alfredo pasta and replace the pasta with rice :)

CHICKEN, RICE, BROCCOLI CASSEROLE

1 sm. onion
1 stick of butter
2 cans Cream of Chicken soup
1 1/2 c. raw Minute rice
Cooked chicken, cut up
Cook broccoli, can use 1 head fresh or 1 pkg. frozen
Velveeta of Cheez Whiz
1 sm. onion, sauteed in stick of butter

In medium pan, saute onion in butter; after onion is cooked, add two cans of Cream of Chicken soup. In another pan make 1 1/2 cups raw Minute rice. When your rice is done add to soup and onion mixture. Layer in casserole dish half of rice mixture, then put your cut up chicken and cooked broccoli, then add the rest of the rice mixture on top. Cover the entire top with slices of Velveeta cheese or Cheeze Whiz. If you like a lot of cheese you can add some in the center with the chicken and broccoli. Bake in oven at 350 degrees until cheese is melted and it's warmed through or you can cook it in the microwave.

hmmmm, I would do a fresh healthy stir fry by just chopping the broccoli up fine, pre-cook the rice of course and start by sauteeing the chicken in olive oil and garlic perhaps a little chilli? Add some sauce of your preference I usually add just some soy sauce or oyster sauce. Then add in the rice and broccoli once the chickens browned off and -
bon apetite!
Yummy!!
(PS- check you don't have any tinned baby corn or some capsicum or carrot or anything else you can add to it.- good luck!)
