"The name says it all! A creamy, classic white wine sauce."
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup heavy whipping cream
3/4 cup white wine
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried parsley

DIRECTIONS:
1. In a medium saucepan over medium high heat, combine the cream, wine, flour, salt and parsley. Stir all together bring to a boil.
2. Reduce heat to low and simmer until thickened.

Melt 4 tbsp.of butter on a sauce pan, low heat add 1 tbsp.olive oil and 4 good sized clove of crushed garlic. Saute briefly until there is a bit of a sizzle and the garlic becomes yellow. Add the juice of 4 medium lemons. Add 1/4 cup of dry white wine and bring the heat up to medium. Reduce heat by stirring occasionally, if not constant (don't boil).
Add a pinch of nutmeg and 2 tbsp. of chopped fresh parsley. Add a pinch of salt and white or black pepper.
