I want to prepare kaseribath with including Pineapple, plz tell me how to do?
with the following items:
Pineapple
Rava
milk
sugar
butter/ghee
sat a pinch
Kaseri powder
and if anything u suggest

Pineapple Kesari Bath (Serves 8-10).
24 Oz. Can Crushed Pineapple.
2 Sticks Unsalted Butter.
12-15 cloves.
1/2 Cup Cashews.
1/2 Cup Raisins.
1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder.
10-12 strands of saffron.
3Cups Cream of Wheat.
2 Cups Sugar.
Boil the sugar in 5 cups of water. Add the cardamom, saffron and pineapple and keep boiling. In a open pan melt the butter and add the cloves. Add the cream of wheat and fry till the cream of wheat starts boiling in the butter. Turn down the heat on the boiling syrup. Add the cream of wheat and cook on low heat till the all the water is absorbed. Transfer the dish and garnish with cashews and raisins fried in butter. This is a great dessert.

Pineapple Kesari Bath
Ingredients
I can crushed/cubed Pineapple
3 cups soji
3 cups sugar
1 cup water
1 cup milk
Pineapple juice (from the can)
kesar and 1 cup ghee
1 tsp cardamom powder
1/4 cup fried cashew and raisins
Method
Soak kesar in milk.
Fry rave in a little ghee till you get the aroma and it starts turning light brown. Keep aside.
Boil water, pineapple juice from the can and milk in a different container.
Add kesar. Then on low flame, add soji little by little.
Keep stirring till you clear the clumps, if any.
Then add cardamom powder, sugar, ghee and pineapple cubes, mix.
Let cook on low fame for 5 minutes.
Garnish with fried cashew and raisins.
Serve hot.
