Have you ever made a chocolate pudding cake? They're meant to be super easy (sometimes you can mix em in the pan) and when you bake it, the batter separates into cake on top and hot pudding below... mmmmm! Betty Crocker's got a good recipe, and I'm sure it's online. Sometimes it's called hot fudge pudding cake.

Good luck with your project!

mix well the following in the order given, with a fork (you need strength!!!): 2 cups butter, 3 cups sugar, 3 eggs, vanilla, 2 tablespoons baking powder, 4 cups flour, 3 cups milk. You can add walnuts and raisins or grated orange if you want. Pour in a pan and bake in a moderate oven. The thinner you spread the cake, the less it will need to be done!

why dont u just pick up a cake mix from the store.... that would be the quickest.... u could always add stuff like choc chips to it.....

Bake a yellow cake mix , while it is warm poke holes in it and pour 1 package of lemon jello over the top, let cool and set in fridg. frost with a layer of lemon pudding and then whipping cream or cool whip. It makes a nice light refreshing cake.

It has recipes for quite a few tasty cakes that can be prepared easily from home ..
