German Chocolate Cheesecake

Pecan Graham crust.
Hershey's dark chocolate syrup -
3 packages (of 8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
3 eggs

1 cup graham cracker crumbs
2 tablespoons sugar
1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1/2 bar of cooking chocolate for decorating and making chocolate curls.

Directions:
1.Heat oven to 350°F.

Combine graham cracker crumbs and sugar in small bowl. Stir in butter and pecans, mix well. Press mixture onto bottom and sides of 9-inch pan. Bake 8 to 10 minutes. Cool.

2. In the meanwhile place the chocolate syrup, cream cheese, sugar, sour cream and vanilla in large bowl.

3. Beat at medium speed until smooth.

4. Add flour, 1 tablespoon at a time, blending well.

5. Add eggs and blend well.

6. Pour into prepared crust.

7. Bake for 10 minutes at 450 degree F.

8. Reduce oven temperature to 250 degree F and bake for 35 minutes; remove from oven.
Loosen the cake from the pan. Cool completely before topping with grated chocolate and chocolate curls.
