What can I add to Pasta to make it more delicious?!

Question:

What can I add to Pasta to make it more delicious?

Answers:
I like to simply drizzle olive oil on it and some garlic salt with some diced chicken, broccoli and mushrooms.
You can add any kind of meat or veggies you like.
I also like to toss it with shrimp.
I add my pasta (al dente) to my skillet where I'm cooking up the meat/shrimp and veggies and toss it in the hot skillet.

If you need yours more saucey, have you tried on of the jarred Al Fredo sauces by the spaghetti sauce in your local store. They are pretty good, as well. You can add it to pasta and eat with chicken.

Meat wise it would be sausage, chicken, shrimp.
Spices would be Italian seasoning, hot peppers, garlic,

You are going to laugh but a half stick of butter gives it awesome flavor.

Outside of the usual sauces, you should try equal parts of butter and good olive oil, with salt and pepper to taste, and FRESH grated Parmesan cheese. Toss and enjoy.

add salt to your boiling water before you add the pasta to flavor it. add sauce, meat, veggies to the pasta for more flavor. i love pasta. it's easy to cook and you can add anything and it tastes great!

Olive oil, parm cheese, fresh minced herbs like basil, rosemary, or chives. Fresh veggies blanched in the past water right be for the pasta is done, I use yellow squash, Broccoli, and zucchini!

Marinara sauce, alfredo sauce, buter-garlic sauce....try those. They are simply delightful.

Pasta is a base for many wonderful dishes. It depends on what type of pasta you are cooking, what type of meal you want to serve, and what flavors your tastebuds are in the mood for.

You can use pasta for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or a snack.

From the very basic I would recommend olive oil with a little sauteed garlic.
Try a little butter and freshly grated parmesan.
You could make a red (marinara) sauce with tomatoes, garlic, & basil.
How about a cream sauce such as alfredo?
Want to try a different twist altogether? Cook some spaghetti, dice up some cooked chicken, warm a can of cream of chicken soup, melt in some shredded cheddar with a can of green chilis, add a little cumin, chili powder and cayenne (to taste, it can get hot quickly) and stir in with spaghetti....Bake in a 350 F oven for about 20-30 minutes and yummm....Mexican casserole.

In a large skillet, saute 4 garrlic cloves in 2 tablespoons olive oil and one tablespoon butter. Add frozen asparagus tips and parsley and cook until done ( about six minutes). Cook your pasta according to directions ; drain it and then toss it in skillet, mixing with garlic/asparagus mixture until wellcoated. Just before serving, add liberal (3/4 cup or to taste) parmesan cheese to top).and sea salt and fresh ground pepper and a little extra parsley for garnish. You can also add shrimp or scallops to skillet (when adding the asparagus).

thats always a fun thing to do
its quite easy too
you just need to take tomatoes and what other veggies you want in it and cook it
and your set with some yummy sauce to make ur pasta more delicious =D

First thing is to make sure you have plenty of salt in the water. I usually dip a finger, quickly of course, into the water to make sure I can taste it, if I can't I add a little more. If you start that way, your dish will already have flavor. Something I tried the other day, thanks food network, is zesting a whole lemon into a half a cup of good quality extra virgin olive oil, let it steep until it smells lemony and you can use this to drizzle over hot pasta and add a little grated parmesan, parsley and salt and pepper to taste.

saute some garlic, bell peppers (red, yellow or orange), and some onion in a bit of olive oil and butter for 5 to 6 minutes.

Save about 3 tablespoons of the pasta water when draining the pasta.

Mix the veggies, the pasta water together. Mix into pasta. Sprinkle fresh parmensa cheese on top.

I like to add come dried salami diced small and I use raspberry vinaigrette..Let it sit in fridge..good.

Try boiling your pasta in chicken broth or using chicken boullion It adds great flavor to the pasta. Try making and using fresh pasta. It's real easy , cooks in about 2 minutes and tastes way better than dried pasta.
