Answers:
Angel food cakes calls for egg whites.
A great pore tightening face mask is simply whipped egg whites.
Egg whites freeze well for use at a later date, too and an easy way to portion them is to freeze in ice cube trays, pop into freezer bags when frozen. 1 ice cube size should equal about 1 egg yolk. Maybe someone else has more info for you.

Also, egg whites can be stored in an air tight container in the fridge for 3-4 days. If you have a pet, you can mix some eggwhite with dry food and pets not only love it, but it gives them a nice shiny coat, too.

You could use some of the egg whites with a whole egg for omelettes (I know.......you said no omelettes, lol) or scrambled eggs, or with or without a whole egg in meatloaf, as a drenching for fried chicken, fried veggies etc. You know......seasoned flour, dip in egg, again in flour or crumbs.

I'll be anxious to see what other people have to say as well. Good luck. I hate to waste anything too.

Substitute the whites of three or four eggs for two whole eggs in almost any recipe, including scrambled eggs. This has the added advantage of eliminating the fat from egg yolks. Consider making things like angel food cake and meringues.

White Mountain Cake

* 2 cups sugar
* 1 cup milk
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
* 1 teaspoon lemon flavoring
* 1 cup shortening
* 3 cups sifted cake flour
* 8 egg whites, stiffly beaten
* 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

Cream shortening and sugar in mixing bowl. Into another bowl, sift flour with baking powder and salt. Add flour mixture to the creamed mixture alternately with milk and lemon flavoring. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Turn batter into a greased 10-inch tube pan. Bake at 350° for 55 to 65 minutes, or until cake springs back when touched lightly with finger.
