what can i make with chicken (boneless) beside frying them

This recipe is simple and delicious, my kinda of recipe.
The original recipe called for mayonnaise but I didnt have any on hand so I substituted ranch dressing. I thought for sure that i ruined it but it was awesome and my family loved it.

Classic Herbed Chicken
1- envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets Savory Herb with Garlic Soup Mix
4 Tbsp water
1/3 c. of Ranch Dressing
4-5 boneless chicken breast
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees, In small bowl, blend Savory Herb with Garlic Soup Mix, ranch dressing and water.
2. In baking pan sprayed with nonstick spray, arrange chicken; pour 1/2 of soup mixture over chicken.
3. Bake uncovered, turning once and pour remaining soup mixture over chicken, 25 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.

This is easy and delicious.
Stove top Easy Cheesy Chicken Bake
1 pkg (6oz) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken
3 cups chicken chunks (i have used less)
1 (14 oz) frozen broccoli florets, thawed, drained
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese (can use cheez whiz or velveeta)
Preheat oven to 400'. Prepare stuffing mix as directed on pkg; set aside.
Mix chicken and broccoli in baking dish. Stir in soup, milk and cheese; top with the prepared stuffing.
Bake 30 minutes or until cooked through

have you tried a curry or noodles?

Pre-heat oven to 350. Put chicken in baking dish and drench with Italian dressing. Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until done. It's delicious and super easy!!

coat the chicken pieces with shake n bake according to package directions, then top each piece with spaghetti sauce and a spoonful of mozzarella cheese...put back in oven just until cheese is melted

Chicken Saltimbocca? Pound them out, put a piece of deli ham on it, a piece of cheese, roll it up, toothpick it, dip in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs, and bake! There's a lot of variations on this.

BBQ chicken

u make soup! chicken soup! u could also mix em up with veggies! boiling it up! or eat em right away! (lolz that's just too cannibalism)

boil the chicken, cut into pieces cook with yellow rice. you can add veggies such as peas, green peppers, or onions if you want.

1. Cut them up in small pieces (about 1 inch)
2. On a pan heat up some vegetable oil.
3. Put the chicken in
4. Add some onions, garlic, tomato puree/sauce and teriyaki sauce in
5. Cook for about 20-25 minutes on medium heat (do not add water, if you have to add like 50 ml )
6. Add some vegetables to it (suggestions cauliflower, beans, carrots, tomatoes, baby corn, mushrooms)
7. Cook it like you are stir frying it.
8. When the vegetables are done add salt and soy sauce (don't overdo soy sauce)

Chicken Paprikash
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/3 cup flour
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon white pepper
2 tablespoons peanut oil
1 tablespoon butter
1 onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup chicken stock
1 can Ro-tel tomatoes
1-1/2 cups sour cream
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon cornstarch
PREPARATION:
Combine flour, 2 teaspoons paprika, salt, and pepper on shallow plate. Dip chicken in mixture to coat both sides.
Combine peanut oil and butter in heavy skillet. Add chicken; brown on both sides, turning once, about 4-5 minutes, then remove from skillet.
Add onion and garlic to skillet; cook and stir until crisp tender. Return chicken to skillet.
Pour chicken stock and tomatos into skillet and stir to combine, bring to a boil, then lower heat, cover pan, and simmer for 5-8 minutes. Meanwhile, combine sour cream, 1 teaspoon paprika, and cornstarch in small bowl. When chicken is thoroughly cooked, stir sour cream mixture into skillet and simmer 20-30 minutesm stirring often. Serve over hot cooked rice or wide egg noodles..

chicken quesadillas...easy and delish...try grilling the quesadillas ...even better

Boil the chicken and then cut it up. Put it into a pot of egg noodles with bouillon cubes. Add some pepper and parsley with some water. This makes a great chicken noodle soup.

Chicken spaghetti.

Make tacos. Cook the chicken and put in tortillas with cheese, sour cream, refried beans, lettuce and salsa.

TRY TO MARINATE IT THEN COOK IT ON THE GRILL
