Cranberry nut filling in a cookie dough shaped into a candie cane.?!

Question:

Cranberry nut filling in a cookie dough shaped into a candie cane.?

filling is made with fresh cranberries, orange zest, nuts, raisins.
I can't remember the dough ingredients but it is rolled out into a rectangle divided into to three sections with just a line. The filling is divided into two equal amounts then spread on the dough starting in the center, fold over one side onto center then add filling to top of fold then fold over other side. Cut the dough at the open end into strips then shape by twisting into a candy cane. Place on cookie sheet and bake when cool frost dough only with white frosting.

Answers:
It appears that you have the filling recipe set in stone, it's just the technique of the roll and twist that's the problem. Recipes for the technique will be hard to find, but I would suggest a bake shop supply store or craft store like Micheal's and purchase a candie cane cookie cutter, fill, stack, seal and twist
